Post Go-Live Struggles
Multiple A/R teams were unable to identify billing issues, understand where gaps occurred, or get the right information to internal and external partners to collect on cash. I overhauled their process to consolidate their information, helped them use their ERP system to its full capability, and showed them their effect on the revenue value chain so they could partner effectively with other departments. That fixed key issues with their ERP system and improved invoicing and cross-team collaboration which ultimately drove a $4M/month improvement in cash flow month over month through aged A/R resolution.

Led the first integrated go-live of two major SAP modules across a multi-entity organization, coordinating cross-functional teams through data validation, training, and stabilization to protect margin and reporting accuracy. Through this, identifying where processes need to be changed, improved, or implemented to insure no loss of business team functionality and that financials were accurate and repeatable for all those impacted by the global ERP change.
Global ERP Implementations
Identifying, transforming, and clarifying how processes work end to end to prepare them for Automation. This allowed them to make the most out of the teams expertise and time. Automating manual month-end close processes using SQL, RPA tools, and AI to deliver information and journal entries to finance and accounting teams which eliminated a major recurring drain on the finance team's time. This effort reduced the close time by one business day and gave more time back to do the deep analysis that was needed. These results gave this team access to quicker and more accurate financials.
